III.  Agreement of Registrant:

I have read and understand information presented about College Admissions Boot Camps 2012, this registration form and refund policies.

I understand that the College Admissions Camp 2012 is for high school juniors or international students who will be rising seniors or international student (transfers) this summer with interests in the college admissions process to Ivy League, highly selective and competitive colleges and universities.  I expect to be in attendance (except for unexpected emergencies) for my registered Boot Camp Session.

IV.  Reservation, Payment, Refund and Discount Policies

RESERVATION: To reserve your place for College Admissions Boot Camps 2012, please mail deposit and Registration Form to: Pinnacle Educational Center, 245 Amity Rd, Ste. 203, Woodbridge, CT  06525

DEPOSIT:  Make Check or Money Order in the amount of $1,500 per College Admissions Boot Camps 2012, payable to: Pinnacle Educational Center.  Please note on check the registered session.

BALANCE DUE:  Make Check or Money Order in the amount of $6,000 per College Admissions Boot Camp 2012 payable to: Pinnacle Educational Center.  Please note on check the registered session.

REFUND POLICY:  Cancellation in writing before your scheduled Boot Camp - full refund of balance due ($6,000).  Cancellation after your scheduled Boot camp - 50% refund.

DISCOUNT:  Discount of 10% ($750) if total cost of Boot Camp is paid prior to June 1, 2012.
